Rich is an active real estate investor and entrepreneur holding a portfolio of apartments and boutique hotels valued in excess of $80M. He is the Founder of Somers Capital, which currently holds an investment fund and targets underperforming boutique hotels in well-located areas.

Rich hosts a top 1% business and real estate podcast, The Rich Somers Report, where he interviews top entrepreneurs from all ove the world. He also hosts the largest real estate networking events in his local city of San Diego, Beers & Deals.
